Content Analyst

Doctolib is hiring a Content Analyst for our Italian team. In this role, you will be part of our B2C Product Marketing team. As you will be one of our first hires based in Milan, you will be part of an entrepreneurial adventure to transform healthcare in Italy. For patients

We provide patients with a more transparent access to healthcare and a full suite of online services to manage their health: from finding nearby healthcare professionals, to booking/managing appointments 24/7 online, having remote medical consultations via video and receiving a digital prescription in their online account.

What will be your missions?

The B2C Product Marketing team’s mission is to predefine and scale all the content that practitioners can use on our platform, to empower their patients to book online. The end goal is to offer patients a very simple experience when searching for a practitioner online and booking an appointment. Some examples of content elements include medical specialty names, visit motives, search keywords, instructions given to patients etc. In this role you will: 

  • Build and improve over time the quality standards for all the content available on practitioner’s profile pages on 
  • Make sure that all standardized content elements respect clear guidelines so that they are understandable for patients, scalable and legally compliant. 
  • Use data & reports to identify opportunities & best prioritize your work 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our set of content guidelines by removing duplicates, irrelevant content or add important missing ones with the aim of improving the patient experience 
  • Handle internal and external support requests from patients and practitioners to create new standardized content elements 

You will be in charge of delivering results on the Italian patient NPS i.e. satisfaction across all our B2C products. 

Who are you?

  • You have a background in translation and some work experience in content moderation or normalisation, copywriting or UX writing. 
  • You have ideally 2+ years of experience in content in data-driven tech companies
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian (Highly Proficient) and English. French or/and German are nice to have.  
  • You are comfortable working with large amount of content/requests and know how to structure and prioritize independently
  • You have a hands-on mindset and enjoy working as part of a team 
  • Efficiency, accuracy and empathy are in your blood 
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • A keen interest in the e-health industry is an advantage
