Global Sales Performance Associate - Sales People Strategy (m/f/x)

Unlimited Contract - Berlin HQ

The Sales Performance Division is looking for a Sales People Strategy Associate located in Berlin. Your mission will be to boost Monthly Recurring Revenues (MRR) growth by impacting directly the MRR / headcount & retention of our 500 sales in France, Germany & beyond. 

More specifically, your role will encompass key global responsibilities such as building our new sales incentives scheme, optimizing our Sales organisation across teams and piloting our sales staffing plan. If successful, your impact on some of Doctolib’s most important KPIs will be immediate, direct, & measurable.

This position is global & highly strategic, at a time when Doctolib is scaling up at exceptional speed, developing its product portfolio & expanding its geographic presence - and therefore needs to bring its Sales organization to the next level. This is also a fantastic opportunity to become a master of Sales People Strategy at a company recognized both as a Sales powerhouse and a leading eHealth player in Europe. You will report to the Sales People strategy manager within the Sales Performance team. 

The Sales Performance Division is the global owner of all tools, processes & people strategy topics across the entire Sales cycle for all products & geographies. Our North-Star KPI is MRR growth - plain & simple.

Your role / Your missions

As a Sales People Strategy Associate, you primary responsibilities are to:

  • Build our new Sales incentives model, with support from a consulting team and our global Compensation & Benefits lead 
  • Coordinate perfect implementation of this incentives model in a new incentives tool across France, Germany & elsewhere
  • Contribute to Sales teams organization strategy definition & implementation
  • Create KPI-driven models to perfectly monitor Sales staffing plan
  • Create action plan linked to said KPI & manage / track implementation with local teams

Your team

You will work very closely with our People Strategy team (HR), our Local Sales Excellence teams in France, Germany & elsewhere, as well as our Sales Performance Project Managers & Product Managers.

Your skills

  • You have worked three years at a Strategy Consulting firm
  • You are rigorous & highly structured, with outstanding analytical skills
  • You excel in fast-paced environments, where prioritization & velocity are key
  • You are results oriented with a “get things done”, KPI-driven attitude
  • You have good interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to “sell” & align multiple strategic stakeholders at Manager & Director level and above
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • You speak German on a native level & you are fluent in English. French is a plus
