Employer Brand Marketing Manager (x/f/m)

We are looking for an action-oriented, collaborative, organised, and resourceful marketing professional with a taste for recruitment related topics, who will elevate our employer branding in Germany and inspire talented candidates to transform healthcare with us.

Your missions

From discovery to application, you will leverage your marketing savvy to promote our Employer Value Proposition with authenticity, find the angles that are relevant to the personas we address, and test innovative approaches to make us stand out as an employer of choice in Germany. 

As part of the People Engagement team—a hardworking, fun-loving, and motivated multidisciplinary group of avid learners—your role is to attract the most qualified talents to join our teams in Germany:

• design and deliver successful integrated inbound campaigns with impeccable story telling, to generate more relevant applications from qualified candidates,
• develop and nurture a qualified talent pool with a focus on sales,
• ensure that what we offer to candidates and demand from them is accurately and meaningfully represented at every touchpoint,
• craft, maintain and test content on our corporate website (about.doctolib.de) and other internet properties,
• partner with the talent acquisition team to deliver larger transformation programs.

Your skills

You could be our next team mate if you:

• have 5 years of experience working as Inbound marketer, digital marketing manager, lead generation specialist, acquisition manager, employer brand specialist...
• possess a strong data-driven mindset,
• have excellent communication, impeccable copywriting and editing skills,
• have previous experience in a high-growth company, and are used to working in an international environment that allows you to think and act glocal,
• have an entrepreneurial mindset with the will to transform healthcare,
• have a native level of German and are fluent in English,
• relate to our SCALES values (Service, Care, Act, Learn, Enjoy, Structure)

Now, it would be fantastic if you could also: 

• speak French and/or Italian.
