Global Sales People Strategy Associate 

 

The Sales Performance Division is looking for an Associate to join its Sales People Strategy Team in Paris. Your mission will be to boost the Monthly Recurring Revenues (MRR) growth of our 500 sales in France, Germany & beyond. 

More specifically, you will be responsible for creating a world-class sales organization that fosters outstanding performance & retains top talent. Your firsts projects will include the rollout of our sales manager playbook & the creation & implementation of a clear, rewarding & comprehensive career path for our sales. Furthermore, your ambition should be to become the global reference at Doctolib on everything sales organization related. You will thus have a direct, measurable impact on two of the company’s most important KPIs: MRR / headcount & Sales retention.

You will work in close collaboration with our Local Sales Excellence & Country Leadership teams in France, Germany & beyond, as well as our global Talent division. 

This global position is key at a time when Doctolib is scaling up at exceptional speed, developing its product portfolio & expanding its geographic presence - and therefore needs to bring its Sales organization to the next level. This is also a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills at a company recognized both as a Sales powerhouse and a leading eHealth player in Europe. You will be responsible for all Sales Career & Manager performance topics & will report directly to the Global Sales Performance Manager in charge of Sales People Strategy.

The Sales Performance Division is the global owner of all tools, processes & people strategy topics across the entire Sales cycle for all products & geographies. Our North-Star KPI is MRR growth - plain & simple.

 

Role

As the Associate responsible for Sales Organization, your primary responsibilities are to:

  • Update & roll-out our Sales manager playbook & become the reference on sales manager routines (i.e. what the perfect sales manager should do)
  • Monitor Sales People KPIs (NPS, attrition etc.)
  • Build action plans linked to said KPIs & track implementation with Local Sales Excellence teams
  • Refine & harmonize job profiles
  • Map general & sales-specific competencies at all levels
  • Create the perfect Sales career path, with seniority levels, job profiles & competency requirements
  • Plan & track the implementation of the Sales career path with Local Sales Excellence Teams
  • Contribute to key Sales teams organization strategy topics

You will work very closely with our People Strategy team (HR), our Local Sales Excellence teams & Country leadership teams in France, Germany & elsewhere, as well as our Sales Performance Project Managers & Product Managers.

 

Ideal profile

 

  • You have worked 3+ years as a Sales Manager at a company recognized as a Sales powerhouse OR as a Project Manager at a People Strategy firm
  • You have solid project management skills, which you want to develop further
  • You are very interested in People & Organization topics
  • You are rigorous & highly structured
  • You excel in fast-paced environments, where prioritization & velocity are key
  • You boast excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to “sell” & create alignment among multiple stakeholders
  • You are results oriented with a “get things done”, KPI-driven attitude
  • You are ambitious and want to have a positive, concrete impact on society
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Native in French or German. Fluent in English.
