As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be in charge of improving the satisfaction and usage of our users (mainly doctors and secretaries) regarding the Doctolib Booking Management System.
You will be part of the Marketing Team and directly report to the Senior Customer Engagement Manager.
You will be responsible for the main pillar of customer satisfaction at Doctolib and create the best mobile & desktop campaigns towards our users.

(Some) of your daily challenges as a Customer Engagement Manager:
– Craft impactful marketing campaigns in close collaboration with Product, Data, Design and our Campaign Factory teams
– Understand clearly who our users are and how they are using our product, developing sharp customer insights
– Drive growth, product engagement and satisfaction by building highly scalable and globally applicable marketing campaigns
– Collaborate with our doctors to educate them and their teams on how to best use the product, at scale
– Own the feature launch strategy from ideation to launch and adoption
– Automate most of your marketing campaigns to nurture our customers and prospects towards our satisfaction or acquisition objectives
