Healthcare professionals are involved in our most important decisions. The medical and professional committee brings together 15 professionals from different specialties and regions of France. They are also our ambassadors in the health sector. The committee's mission is to advise us on:

The Doctolib Community

The Doctolib Community was born in March 2020. Thanks to this Community we are co-constructing, together with health professionals, the solutions which suit their needs best. It allows us to keep in touch with our users and to collect their suggestions.

User research is key

Since the beginning, we have been meeting healthcare professionals, secretaries and patients in workshops, and listening to their feedback through interviews and surveys. In addition to the medical committee, we launched a Pioneers Program where 72 healthcare professionals advise us on how to improve our services. Their input is key in designing  better organizational practices and developing tomorrow's technological innovations.
